Mission Statement: Ultimate lacrosse club was created to develop individual and team skills in young female athletes that want to take their game to the next level. We want to provide an atmosphere that is fun, exciting and competitive. Our coaches encourage our athletes to take risks.

We expect our athletes to challenge and hold themselves accountable for their actions.
In order to ensure that these girls get the best coaching possible, the coaching staff consists of extremely talented College Lacrosse coaches, graduates, and players. They have taken the time to work with Ultimate in order to increase the development of the game. Ultimate lacrosse club also works to try and form each girl into a well-rounded and responsible lacrosse player that can succeed at the high school and college level. We take pride in the growth of the sport and the club.

Ultimate Teams: Blue/White/Yellow/Silver/Devo
Blue/White/Yellow/Silver Teams: It is strongly suggested that all players attend all practices and all mandatory tournaments. Fees need to be paid in full by the due dates listed. There will be NO refunds. Such consistency is necessary in order to reach our club’s full potential. Each team will consist of 20 players only.
Devo Team: This team was developed to create a fun learning environment for the beginning and intermediate player. Training will consist of stickwork sessions, individual skills, offensive and defensive strategies.
Goalkeepers: Goalkeepers will be provided with additional instructional sessions either before or after practice two times per month. These dates will be provided in the early spring.
